The ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection Beats Gears of War 3

Now this is surprising. The ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection is the number one game this week, beating out Gears of War 3, a popular game that just came out the week before. The reason why the sales of the collection is surprising is because it didn’t sell so well when on the PS2. Could it be that it’s in HD, or the fact that it contains two games and is cheaper? I’m not sure, but I’m happy about it.

No offense to Gears of War 3, but it’s nice to see an original and unique game(s) at the number one spot, and not the typical shooter games that are the rage these days, like the Battlefield and COD franchises.
