According to TMZ, a source that’s connected with Scarlett Johansson says that the FBI will be in contact because they believe Johansson’s leaked nude photos is a “criminal act”.

If this is true, that means that the photos are real, since why would they need to contact the FBI for fake photos? What an opportune time to have these photos be leaked, especially since The Avengers movie will be out soon next year, co-starring Scarlett Johansson.
