This is the news I’ve been waiting for. With BioWare promoting same-sex relationships in their Dragon Age games, and soon in the upcoming Mass Effect 3, Bethesda Game Studios has joined in on the hot topic with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with same-sex marriages. Pete Hines, VP of PR and Marketing at Bethesda, has confirmed the news.

Not hush hush, just not making a huge deal out of it. You can marry anyone.

Things like these are always a big deal. Once all 50 states legalize same-sex marriages, that’s when it won’t be a “huge deal”. Now if only Batman: Arkham City as the option to have gay relationships with the Boy Wonder.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be available on November 11, 2011
