Redbox to Increase Video Game Rentals to More LocationsPosted 11:38 am on Friday, April 29th, 2011 by John 'Spartan' Nguyen
Right now, we have 5,000 Redbox kiosks all over that are offering video games to the consumer with over a million games rented to date. With these numbers, it would make sense for Redbox to expand the other Redbox kiosks with video games.
Redbox announced that they will increase their video game rentals to 21,000 Redbox locations, renting it for $2 a day, starting June 17, 2011. Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii games will be made available. You can visit your local grocery, convenience or drug store to find a Redbox kiosk where available.
Let’s hold hands and pray for those brick and mortar stores will go on into the after life.
