‘Battlefield Play 4 Free’ Beta Now Open to Public

If the trailer is any indication of the quality of “Battlefield Play 4 Free”, then it certainly looks to be worth playing. You can choose from the classes of medic, engineer, soldier, and recon. The game basically looks like it has most of the functionality of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, but the graphics aren’t nearly as nice, and the maps and vehicles are different.

The game is browser-based, and is very quick to install. All you need to do is give EA your email, create your soldier and account name, and that’s it. Just make sure to turn down the sound so your cubicle doesn’t sound like a, ya’ know, battlefield.

The game can be played for free, but users can also choose to pay to rent or buy enhanced weapons, deck out their soldier with new clothing, and can even rent their very own private server.
