There’s no question that some people take their Christmas light decorations really serious. You see these people at the store, buying up every bulb and garland they can get their holiday cheer on. Well, for Ric Turner it’s not just about lights, it’s replay value.

Last year, Ric dazzled millions with his amazing Christmas Light Hero display.  An interactive game that not only told  the player when to hit the correct frets but synced the lights to the music.

This year, he has decided to create something new. His new game is called Snowball Blaster.

Hop in Santa’s electric training sled and grab the game controller for an adventure in snowball dodging. Press the left button to move left and the right to move right. Make it past all the snowballs for a big light show! (nobody has made it yet!) Game is easy enough for kids and challenging for adults… and quite addictive.

So maybe the graphics are not quiet on par with today’s video games, but you gotta admire Ric’s innovation.

You can check booth videos of the Snowball Blaster and Christmas Light Hero below. Also there is an addition Halloween Light Hero video that shows  Guitar Hero gameplay and the Christmas lights side-by-side.
